Built-in browser

The built-in browser lives in the right panel. Each chat retains its own tabs and open state; switching chats does not move pages between chats.

  • Select Browser in the right panel and open a tab.
  • Click a web link in a message to open it in KeenKind.
  • Ctrl + click opens it in the system browser.

If links open somewhere unexpected, check Settings > Browser > Open links in.

What KeenKind can help with

Jump to What KeenKind can help with

With the browser Skill enabled, KeenKind can:

  • Open URLs and switch tabs.
  • Read visible text and controls.
  • Search page content.
  • Capture page screenshots.
  • Click, scroll, and fill ordinary fields.

Dynamic sites, video pages, and complex dialogs may require several observations. Asking for a screenshot after an action helps verify the result.

Complete CAPTCHAs, QR sign-in, human verification, passwords, and payment details yourself. KeenKind requests confirmation before publishing, submitting forms, granting account access, or confirming transactions.

Browser settings

Jump to Browser settings

In Settings > Browser, you can:

  • Enable or disable the built-in browser.
  • Choose the default link destination: KeenKind or the system browser.
  • Choose the system Downloads folder or a custom directory and whether to ask where to save.
  • Enable or disable browsing history.
  • Enable browser developer mode to access Chromium developer tools from the browser menu when debugging sites.
  • Clear cache, cookies, site data, browsing history, and download records.

The menu includes find in page, screenshots, zoom, history, downloads, and developer tools when enabled. History and download records are stored locally and remain available after reopening.

Saved browsing history stays on this device and lets you reopen recent pages from the menu.
